About Our Pastor

                 "We can’t serve the people unless we first love the people!"

   Pastor Troy Allen Moore, was born in Ft. Benning, Georgia, and he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was reared in the North Columbia area, and  is a proud graduate of the Richland County School District One system.

   In  1991, Pastor Moore graduated from Eau Claire High School and attended  Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi on a football  scholarship. After returning from college, he married his wife Shawna and began a career in law enforcement.

   In early 2000, Pastor Moore answered the call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and  preached his initial sermon entitled, “The Clay is Ready” (Jeremiah 18:  1-6) at the Zion Chapel Baptist Church of Reeder Point in Columbia, SC,  where the Rev. Algerron Williams is the Pastor. Pastor Moore served  under the ministry of Rev. Williams until 2005, when he was called to Pastor.

   Pastor Moore and family reside in Columbia, SC.
